Builder-owner Chris Sova grew up in residential construction as the son of a general contractor and spent two decades building alongside his father. After moving to Asheville, he managed high-end custom homes for respected regional builders, deepening his experience with Western North Carolina's trades, suppliers, inspectors and mountain-building conditions.
That experience shapes how Sova Builders serves clients today: plan carefully, choose the right people, communicate candidly and address each detail correctly. The goal is not merely to finish a project. It is to deliver a well-built home and an experience that earns the homeowner's confidence.
